All WhatsApp messages are transactional, not marketing. We do not send promotional content via WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential notifications through your portal settings.

• Redis-backed encrypted sessions with automatic expiry

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Active period + 7 years after account closure
• Transaction records: 7 years (regulatory requirement)
• Facial recognition images: Deleted immediately after verification
• Communication logs: 2 years
• Audit logs: 7 years
