1. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Full name as registered in our system
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number associated with WhatsApp communications (if applicable)
2. What Gets Deleted
Upon an approved deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, address, contact details)
- Portal access credentials and login history
- Communication preferences and settings
- WhatsApp communication data and message logs
- Identity verification images (facial recognition, document scans)
- Avatar and uploaded photos
- Encryption keys and passphrases
3. What We Retain (Legal Obligation)
- Transaction records: 7 years (financial regulatory requirement)
- Contracts: NCNDCIA, SPA, IMFPA — contract term + 7 years
- Audit logs: 7 years (compliance requirement)
- Commission records: 7 years (tax and financial reporting)
- KYC/AML documentation: As required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations
Retained records are stored securely with restricted access and are used solely for legal compliance purposes.
4. Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 calendar days of receipt. If additional time is needed (e.g., to verify your identity or due to the complexity of the request), we will notify you within the initial 30-day period.
5. Confirmation
Upon completion of the deletion process, you will receive an email confirmation to the address associated with your account, detailing what was deleted and what was retained for legal purposes.
